A stunning whole home renovation
This beautiful mid town Fort Collins home is the outcome of a complete and total renovation. Taking nearly a year, the interior of this home was changed in significant ways. Pure Indigo had the pleasure of selecting of all hard finishes, decorative lighting, custom cabinetry, plumbing and hardware throughout and designed the space with the goal of modernizing the home, incorporating rounded arches to create a spacious feel and selecting mixed-material finishes that incorporated the clients Spanish heritage. The home sits on a beautiful lot backing to a lake, so creating airy spaces drawing the eye through the house was of upmost importance.
Highlighted Feature:
The range wall in this stunning kitchen is one of many highlighted features in this home. The dark leathered granite countertops themselves are a statement, with the way they run up the wall and finish with a beautiful ledge. Paired with the contrast of the authentic handmade moroccan terracotta tiles, it creates a real wow moment when walking up the few stairs and through the large archway into this kitchen. The island compliments the range wall, but includes entirely different finishes, with beautiful brass hardware. The mixed materials through the space give such a warmth and so much visual interest. It feels entirely comfortable yet elevated and is truly the heart of the home.
