Our mission is to offer a high level of expertise while guiding clients through our stress-free and organized process. The Pure Indigo team provides our clients with an excellent experience as we work with them to create personalized spaces that are beautiful, inviting, comfortable and functional. We simply want to create beautiful interiors and make our client’s design dreams a reality.
Lead designers, Natalie Lynch and Ashlin Pickle, have over 25 years of combined experience in the industry. They love a variety of projects: new builds, remodels, space planning, furniture selection, styling and consulting.
They believe that your home should be the best possible space for you and your family. A home is a place that expresses your unique style, shows your individual history, and is your personal retreat for rejuvenating, gathering, enjoying life, family and friends.
Meet the Team
Natalie Lynch // Co-Founder + Designer
An award winning designer, Natalie has been in the industry for over ten years. She began her career working in Denver, Colorado for a high end residential interior design firm with a focus on green design and mountain homes. While there, Natalie was a part of multiple teams that received residential design awards from American Society of Interior Designers (ASID). After moving back to Fort Collins where she worked as a freelance interior designer, Natalie started Pure Indigo Interiors with co-founder, Ashlin.
Natalie loves working with natural materials, patterns, and textures while providing great options for fixed finishes, furniture, and accessories. She is constantly searching out new sources and staying on top of new product lines so she can provide beautiful design concepts for her clients.
Natalie has a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design and a Construction Management minor from Colorado State University.
Ashlin Pickle // Co-Founder + Designer
With a wide variety of design expertise and years working in the industry, Ashlin’s career began as an event planner where she designed and coordinated a variety of large events: weddings, receptions, corporate meetings and galas. Ashlin continued her design career as a Visual Merchandiser and Buyer for The Cupboard in Old Town Fort Collins.
Ashlin then focused her design expertise and started her own interior design company. As she began collaborating with Natalie, they decided to work together under one business, which became Pure Indigo.
With a love of using color, texture, and natural elements together to create inviting spaces, Ashlin is energized by constantly finding new ways to design and keep things fresh, while not compromising quality or taste.
Ashlin attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas where she earned a bachelor's degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, with a focus on design.
Bre Rockwell // Designer
Breanne brings a decade of diverse design experience to Pure Indigo Interiors. She’s designed across high-end and budget residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. Bringing her client’s dream home into reality and infusing the home with texture, color, living energy, and a sense of adventure are Bre’s goals. She encourages individuality and believes that the home is a sanctuary that should be a true reflection of its occupants.
Bre is native to Colorado and has a degree in Interior Design and Global Environmental Sustainability from Colorado State University.
She has a thirst for culture and travels often for inspiration. Her deep passion for connecting with diverse cultures has led her to pursue efforts in preserving traditional artisan techniques like block printing and handloom weaving. Bre also enjoys painting, camping, hiking, and attending live music events.
Betsy Elliott // Procurement Manager
Betsy graduated from Penn State University where she earned a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. She taught kindergarten and first grade for 6 years in Washington DC and Fort Collins. Betsy works great with people and has an ability to juggle many things and stay organized during the process. These skills have made her a perfect match for Pure Indigo! Ashlin and Natalie have known her for 13 years and couldn’t imagine a better fit as our procurement manager. Betsy is married with 3 kids and loves spending time outdoors with her family and friends! She is excited to work with you on your next project!
Brittany Rossi // Administrative + Marketing Coordinator
Brittany graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelors degree in Human Development and Family Studies. She worked in the field of criminal justice for 13 years, working with a variety of populations and also as a teacher and trainer. She is a native of this area, and is happy to be raising her family in Fort Collins as well.
When not at work, Brittany loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and explore every cute little shop, restaurant and market she can find. Brittany is so excited to be a part of the Pure Indigo Team and hopes to get to talk to you soon!
Melissa Tuell // Financial Manager
Melissa graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelors degree in Family and Consumer Science and has a masters degree in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She taught for several years before her daughters were born and then was involved in a family farm and ranch business taking care of business operations and financials for the last 16 years. She enjoys running, watching football with her family, and trying new recipes! She is excited to be at Pure Indigo as their financial manager!
